Hardly eating enough food, f**king hot in the gym too. Felt like puking midway through this session. SLDL were fast and easy, can increase those easily next time. | ||

Deadlift warmup (squats and power cleans with 60) 140x3 160x1 170x1 180x3 190x1 200x1 180x3 All very easy. Happy about strength coming back, I'd love to get PBs whilst at or under 80kg. | ||

Squat warmup 140x1 150x1 160x1 165x1 160x1 Dips x10 10x5 15x5 20x5x3 OHP 40x5 50x3 50x1x2 Flat DB Bench 20x5 27.5x5 32.5x5x2 Cable Crossovers 20x10x3 Pushdowns 70x10x3 60x10 50x10 Leg Press 160x5 170x5 180x5 190x5 200x5 Everything felt nice and strong except the OHP and DB benching. Maybe the dips took too much out of me, but I couldn't press for s**t today. Squats were nice and comfy which is acceptable. | ||

Squat warmup 130x2 140x5 150x1 160x1 167.5x1 140x5 The 140x5 felt like a warmup, very easy. The 167.5 is the 2013 PB, and definitely had more there. Will try 170 this week or the next. Things are going well, but weight has stayed around 82kg or so; seeing a little body recomposition, but I know will need to lose some more fat. Going to start skipping lunch; easy to do in final year of med school because you can quiet easily work right through to nearly dinner. Also easy to skive off if I want I suppose. | ||

Was just messing around with OHP as a friend was doing it. I just walked up and banged out a very easy 50x5 with no warmup, no wraps/belt, and all done from the bottom position (no bounce). Was really surprised how easy it was. So I then did 60kg but I dipped my knees a little. When I did it again, I made sure my knees were locked and it was super strict. However, I really tweaked something in my neck because as soon as I put the bar down I've had really bad pain and drastically reduced neck movement. It's all f**ked up. Seriously hope this goes away over the weekend. f**k. | ||

Squats warmup 145x3 145x5 Dips BWx12 +15x10x2 (PB?) +15x8 Incline DB 15x10 20x10x3 Pushdowns 65x12x3 Only needed 3 reps on 145 squat, but it wasn't too hard, just pussed out because I'm tired. So did another set. Not sure if I'll move up in weight or repeat later. This is one of the few sessions I didn't do some sort of heavy single. Trained semi-fasted and really exhausted. | ||
