Nice work mate! Day started well with hair being close to perfect. So many impressive performanced on the day. Milsy and JC nailing top two on farmers and yoke is stuff for legends, milsys first place on stones and PB on log. JC beasting it trhough all events. MarkC really sending a message with beastly log, dead and stones. Jamie was impressive with his improvements - and that he has 10+ kg of muscle to be built to improve his strength in the u105's. Solid Andy put in a great effort as well, only missing qualifier place by one. Damn - phils fist comp, second time with the events and the guy qualified! Hope he doesnt go around telling his powerlifting mates that this is an easy sport Knackered now. But the hair is still solid. oh, and i hate reffing

Some impressive lifters and some gutsy performances, especially Mark Clegg's stones. Going into the last event I was almost convinced I was going to beat him to sixth. Oh well... Over all, a great competition. Many thanks must go to Ben France for the smooth organisation and running.
