I will beat him @ Englands though  Hugely dissapointed for dungeon andy to just miss out. Performance of the day for me was Millsy stones, great work mate | ||

Yoke did it with no drops this time for 24 seconds ish, managed to half my pb  went well past the line Farmers Got a good turn and a nice sprint going towards the end just dropped shy of the line so needed a slight nudge. Stone 2 reps, doubled my rep count from ssm but had teh worst cramp ever, would probaly only got 4 the most without the cramp which wouldnt have altered my placing though going to hammer the stones though now. | ||

Was good to see so many Sugden members putting in solid performances and great to make it through with JC, Cleggy and Boyham. Axle deadlifts were hard work, so many guys nailing near double figures! Log was Cleggy's event Yoke - JC head and shoulders above the rest here, no surprise there Farmers - just pipped by JC, next time mate! Stones - shared first place with Stuart, cheers JT and Shawn for getting my head right during stones, helped big time. Looking forward to the finals now! Video: | ||
