This is the ONLY feat of flexibility that I can manage. I'm tight as f**k at every other movement!

Yeah, just went and tried now. Surprised as I feel stiff as hell after training.

My felxibility is so so now I think. Its not great, but its ok. I dont really strech much now, but was very flexible when I was mostly going matial arts, and I think there is some residual flexibility because of that.

My lower body flexibility is a lot better than my upper body flexibility. I can't touch my right shoulder with my right hand. I can just about brush my left shoulder with my left thumb.

I don't do enough stretching these days.

I used to be able to bend in half and put my head on my knees. I was a LOT thinner around the middle back then.

I'm about as flexible as 4 day old corpse.

my hams/quads are so tight lately it takes me 140kg just to be able to squat to depth with some degree of comfort

i doubt i could manage that, I'd probably fall forward and smash my face on the wall even trying

Absolutely f**king terrible. I saw a sports therapist the other week and she said she has never seen anyone with such poor flexiblity. I can barely tie my shoes laces at the moment. I have recently started stretching EVERY day!

i can comfortable touch my toes but never tried off a step like that i'd probably fall flat on my face, my shoulder flexibility is another thing tho its shocking though i've been doin alot of shoulder dislocators and pec stretches recently which has improved it loads but its still poor by most peoples standards
