Yep it was definitely easier to balance...

I have loads of issues with my hips and a flat right foot for pistols, working on them all the time though!

I'm surprised at how quickly it's come back with the rowing. Suspect I might get an actual PB for a 2k in the next 12 months. IF I can handle the pain! Would be nice to finally get sub 6:20.

Handstand walk 5m x 2... PB!!!
Also was up for 15s wiphcih has been a goal for ages!!

Got through All 15 burpees and 12 more snatches. Felt crap.

Warm up then:
Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes

40 wall balls
20 Cal row.

became apparent after 1 round that 40 wall balls was going to be too ambitious so did the last 4 rounds as:
30 wall balls
20 cal row.

All stayed unbroken but got tough!

That was hard work. Took me about an hour to get through the above. Really got to put a lot of focus into getting back to high 120s consistently and get past 130 again. Been too long.

This morning:

Got myself quite a sore throat so didn't want to do any cardio stuff in case I make it worse!

8 rounds of 3 low box, high box plyo rebound things supersetted with handstand walk practice.

Some single leg jump practice including up to 30" for multiple singles on my left leg and one single, after a few fails, on my right! Surprised and happy with this.

Few attempts at touching the full size basketball hoop. About 1cm off...annoying!

Bit of free standing handstand press up practice.

Loads of fun, not too sweaty

Got through 12 singles at 90 and then on the 12th my right thumb popped open and started bleeding everywhere. Quickly tried to tape it and go again but couldn't hold the bar properly. Shame because I felt a bit like 20 singles was on the cards!

good bit of extra work.

Bodyweight is 85kg flat and won't go up so need to do something about my diet. Strength is definitely on the up though. If I could train like this and get to 90kg then I suspect all time PBs would start to fall.
