I have loads of issues with my hips and a flat right foot for pistols, working on them all the time though! I'm surprised at how quickly it's come back with the rowing. Suspect I might get an actual PB for a 2k in the next 12 months. IF I can handle the pain! Would be nice to finally get sub 6:20. | ||

Ladder 10 mins 3 burpee box jumps 3 kb snatch each arm (24) 6... 9... Got through All 15 burpees and 12 more snatches. Felt crap. Tonight Alternating EMOM 14 10 thruster 50kg (upped to 12 during round 4-7) 30 double unders (basically all unbroken) Ow. | ||

All stayed unbroken but got tough! | ||

Back Squat up to 120 2 140 150 160 2 Decent for me, kept my posture and didn't stall 145 2,2,2,2,2 Alternating EMOM 10 Full range HSPU 5 Toes to bar 8 only got 5 on the first 2 rounds of HSPU, got 4 on all others. Toes to bar felt good. | ||

Some single leg jump practice including up to 30" for multiple singles on my left leg and one single, after a few fails, on my right! Surprised and happy with this. Few attempts at touching the full size basketball hoop. About 1cm off...annoying! Bit of free standing handstand press up practice. Loads of fun, not too sweaty | ||

Called it here for max but tbh I should/could have gone higher. EMOM 90kg snatch 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,F Got through 12 singles at 90 and then on the 12th my right thumb popped open and started bleeding everywhere. Quickly tried to tape it and go again but couldn't hold the bar properly. Shame because I felt a bit like 20 singles was on the cards! Back Squat up to 120 2 140 1 157.5 3 Best at this BW 80 3 100 3 120 2 140 1 160 3 New best at this BW Pull ups and Ring press ups 10-1 good bit of extra work. Bodyweight is 85kg flat and won't go up so need to do something about my diet. Strength is definitely on the up though. If I could train like this and get to 90kg then I suspect all time PBs would start to fall. | ||

Strength was there for this today Cluster Upto 80 90 95 100 102.5 F gosh darn it Power clean power jerk Up to 90 tng 100 tng 110 failed jerk, dizzy Deadlift all beltless Up to 140 2 150 10 150 10 150 10 Strict muscle up 1,F, 2 PB With kip 3,3,2,1,1 in 3:40 for a default 10 rep PB. Very conservative and something to build on! Want 10 straight very soon. Had stand walks and toes to bar, much improved in both | ||
