3 kids is hard yards, isn't it? Especially when number three is a right little..... sometimes!

Bench challenge..I'll have to try benching first! I reckon at a push I could do a messy single with about 50 kilos at the minute. shoulders are a bit f**ked, but I'll give it a try. If it isn't too horrible, a bnech off might be doable.

Most of my training is a few push ups here and there at the minute.

Interested in your arthritis diet though-I'm struggling with joints so anything that helps is good news.

i only notice when we fob 1 off on the grandparents and then realise there are no fights going on.
The diet is s**t boring but it definitely works in terms of pain management and the weight has fallen off me since I started it , i've been actively trying to put a couple of pounds back on this week but I seem stuck at 13 stone 13 pounds.

paused bench press 95k 4/4/4/4

close grip pin press (roughly 6" off chest) 100k 3/3/3

a 5,30 am start and a lack of calories throughout the day made this really tough the 4th rep was a full on grinder on the last 3 sets. chucked the pin presses in for variety, quite enjoyed them ,they seem like tricep wrecker.

deadlift squat and I may try some farmers walks tomorrow.

i have a wife and yet I HAVE to maake mll my butties and s**t the night befor .... its a pain but i dont wanna end up like smalls

Edd have you tried cherry active for your joints/recovery
wife tried it during her pregnancy for hip problems took a week or so to calm it down 2weeks and totally gone Happy very impressed

My dad is using it too for arthritic pain and general health

you should have a look

I too have a wife and f**k all use she is when it comes to feeding me.

This diet makes packed lunches quite hard as i cant have any bread, so no sarnies. Today i had half a chicken and a punnet of strawberries, but the breast meat on the chicken was so dry It was hard to eat on its own so I probably only ate about half a half chicken, which aint enough for an athlete like me.

Does your wife have gout?

like old times today squatting and deadliftin gin the pissing rain.

11" deadlift 100kx10 110kx10 120kx10

back squat up multiple sets up to 100kx3 playing around seeing if i could hit depth and keep good form (I cant but I'm not too far away)

paused front squat to bench 100k 2/2/2

wide grip pullups 10/10/10

farmers walks 60kx20m f**ked it off after this as it was just too wet to hold onto the implements.

Enjoyed it despite the rain , hopefully my kit moves into the garage tomorrow .
I'm just going to enjoy training for the rest of the year hopefully hit some pb's and then next year do St Ives and the midlands qualifier for Englands u90k, its good to have a plan.

Yes mate , hopefully it all moves into the garage tomorrow , then i'll sort something out for the next couple of weeks .

Ive got axle (scaff bar) s**tty Homemeade log, farmers implements and 1 115k stone.

I'm also hoping to make some sort of heavy carrying object soon.
