not particularly well educated Member 85, 10988 posts SQ 170, BP 130, DL 260560.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | quick session of bench tonight: paused bench 60kx3 70kx3 80kx3 90kx1 100kx1 bumblebees on and 110kx1 bumblebees off touch and go 85k 8/8/8. Had some test results back from the doc's on friday and I've got a form of arthritis which is connected to my psoriasis, and is also the cause of my lower back problems and probably a contributing factor to me snapping my achillies tendon. The good news is there are 3 forms of it 2 of them are massivley crippling and disabling and the other is comparatively mild and tends to come and go, and luckily for me thats the 1 I've got. Feels good to know what the problem is ,I can start planning my training around it, I've got to change my diet and losing weight is going to help as well so i guess there will be a lot more reps going on in here. | ||
