Managed to grind it out though so happy about that reps on squat kill me lol! Standing Hamstring curl - 35kg x 8 each leg 35kg x 8 each leg Single Leg Extension - 35kg x 8 35kg x 8 Ran out of time but legs were pretty gassed anyway! Wanted to get a complex in, need to stop being lazy when it comes to conditioning and really start getting in better condition ready for comps. | ||

Didn't find any of these easy! Pin Press - 60kg x 8 80kg x 3 90kg x 1 97.5kg x f Locked my right arm but couldn't get the left arm to lock! Strict Single Arm DB - 35kg x 3 35kg x 3 35kg x 3 35kg x 3 35kg x 3 Lateral Raises - 15kg x 12 15kg x 12 15kg x 12 Front Raises - 15kg x 12 15kg x 12 15kg x 12 Mr 87 secret exercise - 62.5kg x 5 62.5kg x 5 62.5kg x 5 Behind the Neck jerk - 62.5kg x 5 62.5kg x 5 62.5kg x 5 Didn't enjoy the BTN jerks felt awkward and weird but that's most probably because I've never done it before Shoulders feel hammered! Hoping all this strict work will push me up to at least 130kg on push press and I really want to 100kg strict! | ||
