After 2 weeks without them, today is the day I can finally eat carbs Grin I'm going to stick to a 6 hour skipload window from 4-10 to see how it goes as per Oxmans expert advise.

Weight this morning: 22st 8lbs/143kg

That's a stone lost in a week and 6 days Grin

Was hard today, the 205kg was alright and the first set of 170kg but the last rep on the last 2 sets were the ugliest squats ever! Managed to grind it out though so happy about that Happy reps on squat kill me lol!


Standing Hamstring curl -

35kg x 8 each leg
35kg x 8 each leg


Single Leg Extension -

35kg x 8
35kg x 8

Ran out of time but legs were pretty gassed anyway! Wanted to get a complex in, need to stop being lazy when it comes to conditioning and really start getting in better condition ready for comps.

I feel good for it but was starting to get tired towards my second week of no carbs. Skipload definitely helped but will see how this week goes as I might need to extend it.

Didn't enjoy the BTN jerks felt awkward and weird but that's most probably because I've never done it before Tongue Shoulders feel hammered! Hoping all this strict work will push me up to at least 130kg on push press and I really want to 100kg strict!
