They are good fun but in my opinion tricky to use with a max width grip, both Neil and I got 15 kgs out of one tonight using this grip, however Neil got more like 20 + last week using a close grip. Dips 3 x 10 Chest Supported Row 3 x 10 The slingshot is good fun but very hard to use with a maximum width grip, I think it may well be better suited to a narrower grip so I'll try pinkies on the rings next week. | |||
