Injured my back about 5 months ago and now has healed about 80-90% I am starting to regain the strength I lost.

Today

Bench press
40kg x 8
60kg x 5
75kg x 3
90kg x 3
100kg x 1
112.5kg x 1
100kg x 5

Strict press
20kg x 8
40kg x 5
50kg x 3
60kg x 3
70kg x 1
80kg x 1
65kg x 5

good to see your nearly at full nic mate, how did you injure your back in the first place? i never found that out, i take it that it aws in the gym|?>

Thanks mate and I did it when I was deadlifting, I was repping with 230kg and something clicked, I had a days rest and all didn't seem too bad then squatted the day after worked up to 170kg for a few reps and set and still all felt good until the day after when it took me literally 15 minutes to get up out of bed and was that bad for a month.

Thanks Mike and my goal will be to hit 600 plus total at under 75kg raw so a 140kg bench, 220kg squat and a 260kg deadlift, 100kg strict press and a 120 clean.

Still got it mate had to get a MRI and then from there I font know what they will do or say fir fixing it.

Seems quite serious mate and what does it feel like when you lift? My back still has the odd twinge and I now have to stretch a lot before lifting.

Ever tried stretching your hip flexors instead of your back? This was my problem, hamstrings to flexible, quads and hip flexors too tight causing back pain.

Stiff mate but at least the pain either has reduced or I have just got use to it.

Might just need some full rest from lifting, I know you probably don't want too cause I didn't and then make come back.
