No hands SSB squats: 80kg + 25kg of chain. 2 reps EMOM for 8 sets Bench up to 100kg + 25kg of chains 1 Finger on smooth Bench: 100kg x 2 EMOM for 6 sets. 72.5kg Seated OH Press: 3 sets of 5 Leg Extensions: 6 sets of 15 Glute Machine: 3 sets of 10 Seated Leg Curls: 3 sets of 20 Viking Press up to 100kg, then 5 x 80kg Went to Greene's Gym in Colchester. Great place, if you're a powerlifter, or Strongman. Some guy was squatting 300kg on a combo rack. I found the machines a bit petite for my dimensions. Tried a belt squat machine. Felt hideous. As did the leg press as I was in a deep squat position in the highest setting. I tend to thrive on assistance work, and falter on too many squats and deadlift back off sets. But, if you're not above 190cm it's great. | |||

DOH Deadlifts up to 182.5kg x 2 70kg Speed Squats: 3 reps EMOM for 8 sets.
