Overall a good session, though I need a new plan on the rows, the heaviest dumbell at each of the gyms I train at is 50 kgs unfortunately and I'm not sure there is much point in me continuing to add 5 reps to the top set each week with that kind of weight. Ideally the gyms would get heavier dumbells, but that most likely won't be hapening anytime soon so what I think I will do is add in another rowing movement before them and also start doing sets across at the top weight on the dumbell rows. Maybe 3 sets of pendley rows then move on to the dumbell rows and do 3 x 20 with the 50's and add reps each week again.

Other suggestions are most welcome!

Heavy Barbell Rows are your best friend or one handed t-bat rows are nice.
