Week commencing 7-9-2020 Not much came of this week meant to be start of new block was a cluster f**k not much of note was done other than 260x6x2 deads after a full weeks training and then 280x1, s**t show. Week commencing 14-9-2020 - week 1 of 10s Session1 (shoulder rehab day) Squat - 160 x 10 x 3 Pause Squat - 140 x 4 x 4 Session 2 Deadlift - 190 x 10 x 3 Pause deadlift - 170 x 4 x 4 Session 3 (shoulder rehab day) Bench press - 120 x 10 x 3 Pull up x 4, 4, 5 Bench row - 60 x 10 x 3 Session 4 Squat - 160 x 10 x 3 Pause Squat (under sticking point) - 140 x 4 x 4 Squat - up to 240 testing out closer stance seemed good Session 5 (shoulder rehab day) Deadlift - 190 x 10 x 3 Deficit deadlift - 170 x 4 x 4 Bench press - 120 x 10 x 3 Pull up x 4, 6, 5 More fruitful week of training will run this block for 4 weeks. 5% increase each week on predicted maxes Squat - 250 Bench - 180 Deadlift - 292.5 Might lob on belt on last week and push the numbers a bit. | |||

Week commencing 28-8-2020 3 sessions, 260x5x5 deadlift for pretty decnet PB to round off the block, off for a long weekend for a wedding. Week commencing 31-8-2020 3 sessions, gym open again so f**king dying from work however great to be back at it and really good week for the buisness. Spreading myself too thin need to make some changes to how we run. Half assed as f**k training couldn't be f**ked but did something which is better than nothing. | |||

Tuesday 11-8-2020 114.2, 22-24k steps Shoulder rehab Bench press paused 60 100 140 160 180 x 3 - stopped here as left shoulder didn't feel good so didn't want to push on Rev band bench press (with set up it's taking about 50kg off) 180 x 10 180 x 10 185 x 10 (+5kg PB lol still relatively comfy) WG pull up - which feel good actually, no real shoulder discomfort bw x 5 bw x 4 bw x 4 Pause bench row 70 x 8 70 x 7 70 x 8 I think benching heavy on Tuesday is pushing s**t up hill my shoulder seems pretty niggly every Tuesday this block and it's getting worse week on week.
