Legs are ruined after rugby yesterday but couldn't be arsed not squatting so did a quick one and smash it tomorrow!

Tried shrugging like a beast today and you know what.... it worked haha! Always good to have little things being put into your head really helped my training today

All of my jerks 90+ really don't fully lock out in my arms but I don't feel like I'm forcing it out... weird but yeah I was buzzing with that complex!

FWIW, I don't think you're driving the bar off your shoulders forcefully enough. You dip and only seem to throw it high enough to get it to leave your shoulders instead of trying to throw it through the roof.

Why the front squat after the clean? It's only making the jerk even harder. f**k klokov!!! Let him do what he wants with the complexes, he's been lifting long than you've been alive probably. Happy

Totally agree with you to be honest my jerk has gone to s**t as soon as it's behind my head I get horrible pain across my shoulders and traps as they are very tight.

And I really enjoy the complex, it's helped me improve my front squat strength and I guess when it comes to doing the full C&J it will be easier. It has worked better than doing singles for me.
