Done bits this week, cleaned 115 again yesterday which I'm happy with.

Have done a lot more work on my jerk, not heavy just technical stuff and it seems to be improving so I'm happy with this.

So today

Back Squat - I don't feel I've given these enough attention and as a result feel a lot weaker all over the show

60 x 5
70 x 5
80 x 5
90 x 3
110 x 3
130 x 3
140 x 5 (this was only meant to be 3 and felt great plus Gingy shouted at me to do 5)
150 x 2.5 LOL stuck half way up the 3rd but still great work I'm made up with these two top sets

Work on my jerk, I think paused jerk will be good for me.

Figure of 8s, done.

New week next week, time to smash it up until unis!

Was seriously pissed off today, couldn't jerk 95 again despite doing doubles at 90...

Squatted some easy sets.

But then... Gingy showed me a stretch that is going to change my life.

I have mate, very half arsed apart from everything is focussed on just jerking a lot!! I've become unstable OH now because of the increase ROM but that should improve once again. Can't snatch due to severe pain in my forearm but again, that should improve.

Basically grab a broom, supinated grip, stick your elbows on a bench (shoulder width) with your hands and broom pointing upwards and push your head between your arms keeping a neutral spine.

Hope you get those issues sorted soon then mate.

Yeah, its a great stretch. I call it the super rack stretch lol everyone should know it.

Cheers guys, trained again last night with Stephen Manuel.... did some pressing and some squatting but spent most of the time having my mind blown at the guys strength!
