Once they're over next week though I'll put some proper time into "rehabing" it. As long as my squats and pulls are on the up I'm happy. Anyway tonight... Deadlift 70 x 5 100 x 5 120 x 5 150 x 5 170 x 5 PB set of 5, PB single should be on the cards too. Bench (very cautiously) 70 x 8 70 x 8 70 x 8 DB Rows Ended up shaggin the banch so did chins instead. | ||

Back Squat Up to 137.5 137.5 x 6 137.5 x 6 137.5 x 6 tough, but good! Snatch Up to 60, really easy legs feel very strong C&J Up to 90, time off does me good very snappy and straight forward! Done. Progress. | ||

Saying that though when I saw you lift in the BWL course your lifting looked really good, so you probably don't have a laundry list of technical things that you need to iron out in order to improve (so just get stronger!). | ||

Cheers mate, there are always a few technical flaws that creep in every so often! But when pure strength has been the main focus my lifts have both shot up, something to consider for the future... I hope I get to work with you on a course soon mate, couldn't believe my luck getting the email through offering me a tutor role! | ||
