But anyways yesterday... Paused Front Squat 110 x 3 110 x 3 110 x 3 all pretty straight forward really Today Back Squat Up to 122.5 122.5 x 8 122.5 x 8 122.5 x 8 122.5 x 8 felt strong! Some crunches and leg raises to get those 6 pack abs bro. | ||

It's the speed of flexion/extension that hurts the most. When I clean and turn through I get a sharp stabbing pain right through my hand and up my forearm. Fairly simple exercises are OK, however gripping hard SUCKS to release. Highlights include... Deadlift on Monday Up to 160 160 x 5 160 x 5 Today... Squats Up to 135 135 x 4 135 x 4 135 x 4 135 x 4 feel great doing squats at the moment | ||

I'm past "training through" niggles though, I'm not gona be a world class lifter I'm training because I love it and want to get on stage again. It's why I gave up Rugby because I was getting absolutely battered I'm not sure I want the same to happen with my lifting. Two broken ankles, surgery and steelworks in one of them, a demolished A/C joint in my right shoulder and dodgy hips and knees at the ripe old age of 22 are enough to make me air on the side of caution. | ||

I have one that is threatening me at the moment but I will defeat it! I've damaged it before doing a clean and they take forever to heal! Trav says ice it and keep training? | ||

Numpty here broke his last year had all sorts of problems. Like Andy says, they heal so slow its infuriating. If you don't strap them already it really does help and I do recommend doing what you can to mobilise and strengthen them. Wrists take some serious abuse with training. | ||
