Right so I've had to leave gingy behind to run the show at the gym as I am back at uni but luckily I have joined the crossfit gym in Chester and it was awesome! The guy who runs it also really cool.

Lovely jerk! Compare that to the 90 & 95 on the previous page and your back legs is so much more relaxed and you dip under it better after driving it upwards. I know it's a lot lighter weight but they should all look more like this.

What with the pain when snatch balance?

Yeah, it felt a lot nicer actually I have tried to do this with all of my lifts now!

Pain is just a flexibility issue but I am stretching everyday now and there was no pain today Happy

No you don't understand... I was in stitches watching it back I have a video of the fail and it was hilarious! I threw it too far back basically. I will put more videos when I have broadband up and running in the house which apparently is going to be next month :O

Cheers bud, no I don't but I am thinking of working some in to my triples so one full lift and then the remaining 2 from the hang? I did do the lifts from the hang and benefited a lot.
