But then you`ll need the drugs you gain enough confidence to try and get your arse into the f**ker without suffercating.. Griff "i`m joking don`t get me"

I personally prefer the stiffest possible. I saw Donnie Thompson after and he said the 530KG was easy and too light and thats why he didnt make depth, thats just crazy, over half a ton and you cant squat it coz its too light.

still a cock Member 55, 1213 posts SQ 50, BP 25, DL 55130.0 kgs @ 0.1kgs UnEq | Awesome show!! The sooner people stop comparing drug tested single ply lifts to untested multi-ply lifts the better! Del's deadlift opener was one of the most impressive thing I have ever seen, the speed he pulled it was just f**king ridiculous! It made it a long day, but you really do appreciate all the razamataz and hype

Member 194, 3976 posts | Del is my hero in a lifting sense. As Clegg said, a true all rounder and amazing athelete. He has alot of time for other lifters too and put up with me for a good few hours at the weekend so fair play to him. Him and Craig are massive targets for the 110 division, but they certainly keep me focused on what I want to achive.

The one in the guns and roses teeshirt. Member 171, 2462 posts SQ 272.5, BP 140, DL 245657.5 kgs @ 80.2kgs Eq | I was there all weekend, top stuff. Thompson bombing was a bit gutting considering all the hype, a load of Americans are now b**ching that he was screwed by British refs despite the fact that two of the refs were American and he went about 8 inches high anyway. Del was the lifter of the weekend, he was awesome and provided a really good battle which made for good viewing. Glen Ross was comedy gold. I think nobody told him about not being able to hitch deadlifts. He also beat the press command on his first bench, after his second when he managed to remember to wait for it he shouted out "thats how you do it!" after getting the white lights. When bulldog dumped 1000lb off his back and hit the spotter I thought there was going to be one hell of an injury but luckily he was fine and even came back later in the day. I will put some photos up later, including one with me and Svend Karlsen and one with Glen Ross.
