+10kg on last week and felt alot easier! first time ever deadlifting in shorts! the difference is unreal! no crumping of joggy bottoms or anything Grin the future is bright , the future is short shorts

Bench and Strict Press felt good, dont think ive ever done 5x5 with 65 on strict before , still weird doing it on my knees but feel more benefit from there atm so keep with it Happy lots more work needed on 1 hand press , blowing like a f**ker after 60 seconds! think some bellbashing may be in order, or something along them lines Grin possible dip pb also! happy days! squattage tomorrow for more 5x5 goodness!

really good session considering i went to sleep at 4am an got up at 6! 210 felt hard but was gunna after 2 hours sleep ! Sacked 5x5 off didn't feel into it and felt weaker , probably just in my head but just gunna do my own thing for now and keep training interesting!
