I'm guessing the getting up bit as those presses looked effortless.

After a warm up of moving about a thousand kilos of implements onto a farm we did some warm ups with the bar and began 17"deadlifts went something like this not sure about exact kilos till last couple of working sets 70x3 ,130x3,180x2,220x1,270x1,300x1,320x1
Then 5 mins on log 97x3 117x3 127x3
Farmers empty x15m 110x15 130x15 150x5 150x2 grip died Angry 170xno thanksWink
Yoke 55k x15m , 155x15 , 255x15 , 340x15 , 400x9 , 400x2 (couldnt finish)
Sand bag broke so no load over yoke instead just a few reps with the v,muddy 350k tyre
