Have been in bits this week, due to squats last week, tried to pull 280 from 18inches on Tuesday, may as well have been 480, didn't move a mil, then my thighs hurt too much to do GHR

Bit better today

BTN Jerk
60kg for 5reps
100kg for 3reps
120kg for 2reps
130kg for 1rep
140kg for 1rep, got this all wrong, but managed to press it out at the top, which was surprising
150kg for 1rep, flew up, easy
155kg for F,F, must have been about an inch short the first time, then even closer the 2nd time

Log grip DB press and DB row, light, lots of reps

Lots of gunz

got some creatine for the first time in 6 months yesterday, and straight away I'm 2kgs heavier than last week. However that may have more to do with the epic amounts of haggis I have eaten since Sunday, and the pizza I had for breakfast yesterday....

ali did 15.0 on tues, tall marc(bodybuilder) did 14.8 lol , ikept sliding off when i tried so i was rubbish

i think I was faster about 10kg ago, but Ali is heavier me now, so thats no excuse!

60kg for some
100kg for 5reps
140kg for 3reps
160kg for 2reps
180kg for 1rep
192.5kg for 1rep
202.5kg for 1rep, maybe a touch high, never really did what I was supposed to, but ground it out, so pleased

165kg for 5reps
165kg for 5reps, best set

Calfs, heavy, lots of reps

Not in bits when I finished, also got a litre of M&S chocolate milk to drink throughout the day, to help prevent DOMS, or something....

put the resistance on the rower up today, and got 14.7
