Cheers Stephen you did decent yourself mate, not killing yourself and not bombing are the mark of a true champion.

Here is a brief meet write up videos to follow when andy pulls his finger out and uploads them.

Weigh in - 107.4 kg KFC, beer and Chippy the night before to blame if your gonna come in heavy may as well have a good time doing it.

Squats

Warm up

Wraps On
230kg x 1

Attempt 1 - 240kg x 1 3 reds - wraps touching singlet and I think depth as well

Attempt 2 - 250kg x 1 2/1 good lift - felt solid enough I thought it was good depth.

Attempt 3 - 260kg x 1 2/1 good lift - felt hard as f**k but you will see in the video speed was good, again I reckoned good depth. +10kg PB

Bench Press

Warm Up

bar x 5
60kg x 3 (paused)
100kg x 2 (paused)
140kg x 1 (paused)

Attempt 1 - 180kg 3 reds foot touching and couldn't touch

Attempt 2 - 200kg 3 reds - hitching

Attempt 3 - 200kg 3 whites easy. +10kg PB

Deadlift - using ally's suit and ally is 6"4 and 125 kilos so it is loose as f**k think my leotard is tighter.

Warm Up

120kg x 2
160kg x 2
200kg x 1
Belt and suit on
220kg x 1

Attempt 1 - 250kg 3 whites piece of piss.

Attempt 2 - 272.5kg 3 whites pretty decent. +2.5kg PB

Attempt 3 - 280kg got it to my knees started with hips too high so couldn't lock out.

Total - 732.5kg

All round pretty happy with those numbers.
