marc why dont you just come through to glasgow one sat? f**k the training, guiness and jack for reps last man standing!!! i back myself for the win plenty of years expierence to back it up....
bring mullin and a few of the unit boys make it a sugden special

Meant to be a weightlifting session waste of f**king time back is in tatters after yesterday and I'm hungover, helped some of the other lads out their coming on pretty well.

Cheers, dunno lad if I did some dumbbell rows I might get a better pump instead of cheating the f**k out of every rep and naming it after a closet homo bodybuilder.
