Oh yeah you did - but then again you beat me overall so its all good.
Thanks mate - it was a hard journey getting to 90kg and im glad ive done it. Now time to put some solid size on ready for 105s.

Monday 6th September 2010 - Bench / Assistance - RallsHad a bad night with my rib last night and I woke up at about 03:00 on my side in searing pain - 1000mg of Ibuprofin later I mangaged to get back off.

Wednesday 8th September 2010 - Squat and Deadlifts @ RallsBack and legs were still tight from Sunday so I knew that this session was going to be a b**ch.....
Squats
- 60kg x 10
- 75kg x 10
- 120kg x 8
- 150kg x 5
- 170kg x 5
- 185kg x 5
- 200kg x 5
With Reverse Bands
- 240kg x 3
- 260kg x 2
Squats felt ok tonight - I was just stiff and sore from Sunday and a little out of my groove (my lower back was pumping up as well)
Deadlift
- 75kg x 10
- 105kg x 5
- 150kg x 5
- 175kg x 3
- 205kg x 3
- 225kg x 3
- 245kg x 3
Didn't feel too bad until I got to the 225's - My back was fried and they felt far heavier than they were. The 245's finished me off and my back was fooked (I'm having a session on my massage chair in about 10 mins )
From the floor
- 175kg x 4 - Speed Work
Nice and snappy considering
From blocks
Good solid session tonight with lots of inspiring lifting happening, which creates an awesome atmosphere to lift in! - looking forward to building up over the next 9 weeks
