Training for a powerlifting comp in september mate, gonna do some stuff on Friday and Sunday will get you some vids of some real lifts in a few days. Till then guns.

push press looked easy for u stick another 10 on each sideGrin how much can u do strict? probly alot considering ur bench id guess?

My strict shoulder press sucks beacuase my shoulder disagrees with both incline bench and strict shoulder pressing to a very large degree.

My best strict press is 90kg x 3 I think.

Best Push Press from the front i 130 and from the back 150.

I noticed that you squatted with oly shoes on, but you did snatches and c&j's with sneakers, why's that?

Cheers, been training the olympic lfts for about 2 years and a bit. I didn't have my olympic shoes in the gym on Friday I do a bit of coaching in that gym and didn;t think I was gonna train then decided f**k it and did a bit before I went out on the piss.
