Thats a good technique you got there mate!! keep practising the full snatches MORE alot f**king MORE than the power snatches! in long run power snatch dont mean s**t power snatching 85 is ok but full snatching 105 is worth tonnes more n would come alot quicker!! but good technically better than most i've seen who start it later in life! erm only real advice i can give you is "punch"

"punch" - when the bar is about to land about head lock your elbows out hard enough to stop them from benching and do it hard (like your punching a British person in the face) this will stop then slight bend you have in your elbows sometimes it's basically a sharp lock out with elbow but keep pushing the eblows to stop them bending and 90kg hitting you in the skull.. As that would make life tricky Happy

as for the front squat? it was 170 that i video'd and t'was far better than the 175 f**king grinders hate them..

Cheers for the snatch advice mate. 140 felt easy enough bit wobbly on the receive need more practice. Real men with massive cocks jerk solely from the back I read a study about it once it's science.

Had the straps on for that deadlift.

My jerk from the front is aright definitely need to train it along with the full snatch though since I'm getting severely out lifted by an anorexic manc ;|.
