cracking repping on the bench and very very nice squat PB .... you should get some on vid !!

your kind of in the 'exertrain gym' area , have you ever trained there ? nice little gym with very nice equipment

Cheers Boar, will get some videos up next week maybe.

Living and working in Edinburgh at the moment boat seen the gym though wish that was there when I was in presto looks awesome.

180kg x 5 (belt on felt awesome to get those f**king wraps off really nice easy down set. Squatting feels so much nicer when you cam bend your legs with out the aid of 200+ kilos)

loving the bags ! must be a tight un ! i used to have a fairly tight one bit it could be 'wrestled' on ...

and that was a solid squat ... a decent depth for a training lift type of thing , you know you can lift it si an extra inch or so shouldnt be a problem , mabie a little more decending 'ZIP' will pop you in and out of the hole

It's pretty tight Thompson seems to reckon it's a bit loose though, vindictive f**k. The squat felt decent still getting the ball up to drop into my squat like I normally would the wraps are still pretty foreign.

Still much better week so far might even manage to deadlift this week.

Didn't end up training today but I was inspired by the freakishness I witnessed yesterday so I started to c**t around at work
