Squatting feels so much nicer when you cam bend your legs with out the aid of 200+ kilos) | ||

Cheers Boar. It's pretty tight Thompson seems to reckon it's a bit loose though, vindictive f**k. The squat felt decent still getting the ball up to drop into my squat like I normally would the wraps are still pretty foreign. Still much better week so far might even manage to deadlift this week. | ||
