Your srs?
100g's over I could have taken a s**t and made weight.

Well what's the point of weight classes if there not strictly adhered to? It's upto you to make weight but if the official's let you in a weight class without you actually weighing in at the class limit then that is bulls**t. If I had competed I would be abit pissed off, even more so if I'd been in the 100kg class.

I could have taken my boxers off and made weight the ref didn't want me too because he didn't want to see my piece.

Are you really that f**king bored that you are typing out paragraphs about 100g worth of boxers?

Bryan was very ill for a while and missed a lot of training, I reckon he will be capable of around 570 in not too long.

His squat was looking nice 207.5 unequipped is no joke for a midget.

Strong lifting mate. Moving well on the cleans. Do compete in the OL lifts or just powerlifting?

Did the scottish open this February went 85/130 catching squat snatches is pretty difficult shoulder doesn't like it too much.

I'm in the middle of preparing for my first equipped meet but I plan on maybe popping down to the North england open later in the year.

I love the Olympic stuff I'm just horrendously inflexible in the overhead positions.

Excellent stuff mate. Keep working on the shoulder flexibility and the snatch with get easier. You look to be moving well on the cleans.

I'll most probably be doing the Northern Open again this year, so may well see you there!!

Good luck with the equipped comp you've got coming up, not something that has ever appealed to me to be honest!! Wink

End of the day you were over the class limit which doesn't seem right but maybe thats the way things are done, I don't know? Good call from the ref too, not to make you go starkers. Just were do you draw the line would 100.3kg be ok to waiver or would it be better to suggest going in the 110's or even weigh in later to give you a chance to drop weight? Not having a dig at you just that I thought having weight class would mean there would be no margin.

The ref should have been less of a woman, told him to get his cock out.....and hey ho, he would have been 99.9 or whateva.......and therefore no debate
