Race to this at 100kg bodyweight?!?
Im a fair way off this but pb's atm are 200kgx5,4,1 first session of low bars in 6months. Im 95kg aswell so hopefully 5kg more will help lever wise with the squat.

nah im in no rush with this, your not that far off, you'd be worth 225-230 now on the right day you can be there in 4 weeks on a broz programme!

Reesy backing out of a battle challange?!? I dont believe what im reading... I thought you were always up for a good old battle LOL. I suppose aslong as we both hit 240kg this year who gives a f**k?!? I'd like to think i would be hitting something around that i got a 195kg highbar beltless squat tonight so the broz training is already working. BROZ KNOWS Wink

I was speaking to alistair c**tings he told me about a discussion you had with him about regretting messing around too much with your bodyweight when you were a junior ultimetely hindering your progress. Its for that reason i have thought f**k the 82's im just guna do what my body wants to do and make the most out of growing while im still 19. I think its for the best, so without knowing it you have helped me. Thanks Tongue

Already at it with your brother for a 180kg front squat, i will start low bar again soon but im not in a rush....indeed broz does know...yeah i remember speaking to ali about it, good to hear....if your lifestyle permits you can train twice a day 6-7 days per week and you dont get over concerned with bodyweight you will get strong QUICK!

Fair one. f**k low bars they are gay! My lifestyle doesnt permit that lol but for now im trying to train atleast one a day 7days a week. I have hit a 200kg highbar without a belt now and 182.5kg highbar beltless paused also hit a 142.5kg IPF pasued bench. Training like this is good fun and producing the results. Cheers mate. Tough workout, very hot in the gym this time of day....no excuse for my initial s**te set of jerks, timing off my shoulders and split were not working, stripping back, focussing on timing and playing with my grip improved this alot inside 20 minutes. Fronties were strong considering how much work done before them, 160kg for a triple fresh is more than realistic later in the week.

OK session, slow start and a few things technically to work on cleans wise, tighness in my left hip affecting my catch position and a lack of extension on that side of my body by the looks of some video playback. Deads were solid, heaviest ive gone with newer stricter if you will start position. The lockout is feeling good bar is accelerating through my knees, 600lbs plus next time i deadlift!

thanks but meh nothing, special relatively at 96kg bodyweight...baby steps in fact, double bodyweight weight front squat and 1.5xBW full clean I would be lovin!
