Hang Clean

80kgx2
90kgx1
100kgx1

Front Squat

60x3
100x1
130x1
145kgx3

That was that.....very sore from monday session and struggled for a quality 8hrs sleep past few days....so trained a bit later in the morning. Cleans served as a warm up really for the main event. 145k was limit today, still pleasing, I think this is equal to my best for a triple and after only 3 sessions of fronties, have managed to pick up quickly. Plan for now is to exhaust my 3rm (hopefully over the next 2-3 weeks) then doubles and singles thereafter.

finished with some Jerk drills on bar...will play with these more soon!!!

Best session ive had in a long time....push presses were strong, think 5 reps were there but decided to save a bit for fronties etc..3 rep pb on a squat variation is a good sign off just 4 sessions...look forward to every time i front squat.

Deadlift wise was really feeling my way, cant be certain but i think ive not pulled above 500lbs since january time, hoping to be back over 600 in the coming weeks. Played with the farmers.....first time over 80kg...and only 3rd time ive done them...went ok with 90kg e arm, but 110kg was tough going esp. after pulling what at this stage was a relatively taxing 230kg dead. However, fresh i would like to think i can nail 120kg e arm for 20 metres, which is a good base....how some of the guys on here shift so fast with 140kg+ is beyond me....big respect!!!!!

Yeah. I don't find the front half as useful without the belt, doesn't overload the legs enough. Even with the belt it has limited use, but its a weak point so I'm bring it up to 80-85% of my high bar (185-195kg) then push for a big (ger)power clean.

not sure if i understand.....whats the difference?

so are you going to train your front squat in isolation....i'd presume youd have to otherwise your high bar/low bar will keep rising disproportionately??

100x1
130x1
150kgx3 pb

Power Clean

Running a bit late this morning, so only 2 exercises, very pleased with fronties...again easier than previous session....legs were foooked for power cleans after, 120kg post fronties is a healthy target for next few weeks.
