mmmmm....first sub par workout in a while although in fairness benching first may have hit me harder than anticipated and a poor nights sleep didnt help. Need to just endeavour with above head work.

Yeaj just wasnt sure what i would have left after all the other work but figure a rep pb was there, in honesty i prob had 157.5x2 beltless.....doubles and singles from here on in!

130kg e arm...tough

110kg e arm 20 metres
90kg e arm 30 metres


Happy with the fronties, they were comfy....be great to hit 165x2 next week, farmers were solid on pick ups although 130kg still tougher than i thought it would be especially given i was using a belt, 110kg set i just got over excited really, tried going to fast too early and lost my balance and grip as a result...120kg e arm for 20 metres next week is the plan.

125xF ghey....had it practically locked out...a little more dip and there easily


Solid session, benching is coming back..145 next week. Power jerk felt great think i can nail 130kg next week and a 140 split not long after.

Thats just plain wasteful. I save mine for sunday mornings at church.
