Been working on my ankle mobility of late which is carrying over to a deeper set position on the pulls, some were fast, some just smooth with 220, but all easy to lock out which for me is a good indicator. Got some rep pb's i really want to hit on bench in the coming weeks!

What stuff are you doing for ankel mob?

I have made inroads to my hip mob but think doing some work on the ankle stuff will be a help.

Playing with having my 'feet less pointed out' (hope you could follow that and that is wasn't to technical for you? lol). The better hip mob I now have has helped me to do that, but feel poss ankle mob is now a restricting issue in being anle to ecternally rotate and get the knees out a bit more. Bearing in midn I have a wide stance anway.

Thanks Ross, just trying to get my quad strength up, still think holds me back in alot of ways.

Wont be hitting the volume like you yet!
