Looks like youll get to 180 before me cuz! | ||

Pb double Front Squat 60x2 100x1 120x1 135x1 155kgx2 beltless PB! Farmers Walks 85kg e arm 15 metres 105kg e arm 10 metre 125kg e arm 3 metres... 100kg e arm 30 metres in 18 secs Bench - tng 60x3 80x2 100x1 120x1 130x1 135kgx1 Another quality session, think i may need more reps or progressive heavy singles on push press....realistically should was in shape for 3-4 reps at this weight but a misload by the training partner and a s**t effort on the 1st attempt at 105 f**ked me a bit. Recovered to hit a solid double...it was ok...i want 120kg for a single VERY SOON! Fronties were again good, second rep fairly tough....really want 160kg for a double beltless!!! Farmers im getting to grips with (literally ....sorry bad pun!!! really enjoying my training again! | ||

Yeah ive been a bit suprised too although the handles are around 18/19 inches off the floor (is this typical???) im prob only worth 250kg dead at the moment though and i think my conditioning is not great also....with a bit more deadlifting, fresh faced and belted up i would like to think i can get this and more up easier and hopefully go for more than just a 5 feet trot! | ||

Warm up Drills hang clean (top of thigh) x3 (x1 push press/x1 strict press/ split jerk/x1) barx3 sets 40x2sets 60x2 sets Power Clean x1 + full clean x1 60x2(of each)x2 80x2(of each) 100x1(of each) x2 Power Clean 110kgx1 intention here was to keep to full cleans from here on in, but i woke up so much after a sloppy 110 i just kept power cleaning, Power cleans from here.... 110x1 115x1 120x1 = most ive caught on my shoulders this year! 125x1 equal all time PB 130kgx1 PB! 15 inch deadlift 100x2 150x1 190x1 230x1 250kgxF damn this is a horrible position Clean Pull 150kgx2x4 sets Front Squat 60x2 100x2 120x1 140kgx4 PB UH Chins - BWx8x2 sets Wowsers! didnt expect to go this well....but i'll take it lol! need to get deadflifting but thinking to keep it on the floor and DOH to aid my power cleans and grip strength for farmers....and just let the farmers bring my overall strength up each week....make sense?? Power cleans im very happy with but I think theres 10kg there shortly...the difference today...a little leg strength and a focus on pulling under the bar fast after the 2nd pull! To do a front pb for reps at the end of the workout just show where my leg strength is going....very well. Excited to see where i can get to in the coming weeks! | ||
