A bit of this and a bit of that into 2012. Had a busy period over the past 6 weeks, but hopefully some consistency in the months ahead.

For the meanwhile I will look to get in 3 sessions per week. Along the lines of the below format:

*(Day3a/3b)will vary depending on where&when i train.

Day 1: ME Squat, RE Bench, upper push pull strength superset, trunk/core conditioning

Day 2: DE Deads (various height/grips), ME Bench, General Press accessory

Day 3a: Strength Gain Above Head, DE Squat, ME Deads, Tyre Flips, Sandbag/Keg carrys
OR
Day 3b: Events - Log, Yoke, Farmers, Prowler, Grip work


Haven't done alot of variable resistance work recently and keen to integrate in the coming weeks.
