Power jerks were soso....again just really have to keep going heavy above head consistently, another default pb with spit jerk...happy to get 120kg just a bit inconsistent with timing on catch and range on my split.

Stirct presses felt weird after so much heavy work, i need to hitting over bodyweight strict press soon.
