Those DLs look just about right to me. Easy enough to maintain good form and enough weight to stimulate improvement.

Good session. Really happy with the benching and some good grafting on the squat cleans. Completely f**ked by the end. I think that will be it now till after comp for the oly stuff. Wednesday will be 190 x 2 on squat and than one more bench session.

Thanks guys. Theoretically 130 bench is there atm but whether i take it or not i dunno. See how it goes.

Really good session tonight. After my set of 190 alan said pop some wraps on and see how 200 feels. I was so unbeleivably tired after the set of 190's that i was surprised that I got the 200. There was talk about me getting my first 2 squats in and than doing my third with knee wraps but I am undecided. I know feel completely f**ked and need rest. I left my camera at adders but rob has it so will upload the vids when he gets home.

its a good idea to do a 3rd squat with wraps !!
