With that workout I’d be bent over and bow legged! Not! But yoke bit me the other day so I disassembled him and put him in the rain. My yoke is very heavy and not easy for one person to break down! Great training!

Now I am at the bottom of the sea! So excited to rise slowly and carefully.

Just lift what you can lift init.

Push things too hard and you'll be out the game within a couple years.
