Thanks chaps , It could be worse , much worse .... i am fairly healthy , fairly fit and own loads of crap and a house , some dudes have backs so bad they are in pain 24/7 .... from reading a mckenzie method book I think mine can be pretty much made better with consistent strength training

The day after my 50th birthday is the Hyrox event in Birmingham Ned ..... its similar to crossfit but less stupid dicking about , so the plan is to be in tip top shape !

Hopefully the gym work sorts the back out Boar. Very s**tty when injuries are stopping you from training, you just have to stick at it, it can't go on for ever!

yea, its a big place with lots of kit (starting with 4 powercages) the birds wear them tight trousers luckily there are plenty of hiding places to knock out a quick one.

my rubiks cube avarage is 60 seconds at the moment (averaged over 5 tries) and i am doing lots of fiddling and will get it back down to sub 40 seconds

only 50 minutes Ed , but I am using the same (piffling) weight for every set so there isnt any mucking about , when i get above Montgomery Burns level of strength it may be longer but no more than an hour
