Mr Ed, as with BSB I explained it when first introduced... think paralympic style bench legs straight out no arch all upper body.

Mr Will I read nearly all the logs apart from Dudders, I am afraid to click on it and find nothing there.

Regarding your UT1 regression, iId hazard a guess it's of a mix between points 2 and 3, like Bim said.

Today I have been wearing my wife's fit-bit as an insight to my HR under normal daily conditions, it has been rather interesting.

1min 303m 1.39.0 27 156 Hr up 11bpm from same interval on Sunday this helped me decide to have 2MR rather than 1MR.

Thanks guys, when I started my comeback almost a year ago My HR would get into the 180's quite often i guess as I have got fitter it will take a lot more effort to get back into the 180's.
