I am fooked with over working and looking leaner (too scared to step on them scales).

Mustn't grumble, as I said...the beauty with this system is that the whole body gets it so yu can do every other day or miss 6 days and still benefit.

I must admit...I was a bit surprised at the weight. Shame I can not flat bench any good now!

Incline and decline, moreover, avoiding shoulder impingements is the way forward I think.

I suffered from shoulder impingement when I used to bench, it ruined me. So now I don't bench also
I was rubbish at it.
