Bet I'll have to focus on this wedding thing prior to focusing back on the weights. | ||

General feeling: WHAT a long time without the gym hey! Wedding + honeymoon kept me away but back into it now. Came back from honeymoon on 01/04/16 and went deadlifting with Bim: ego went in the way and injured my back doing paused deads --> nothing back related for me for the week coming! | ||

Got to work on technique more now. Liking it. | ||

Did a couple of back stuff to see how it feels: as long as it is not heavy it is ok | ||

First three reps were cut high --> tight? Felt discomfort at very bottom of hole Tried deading but even 60kg on the bar felt hard. | ||

With a few pointers from Jay and Bim, bench went better than expected. Biggest improvement is set up: feel tighter. | ||
