General feeling:
DB pull over felt great --> more there I reckon
BD presses: happy with 36kg, keep on pushing

--> shoulder work in between sets with cable machine

Shoulder side raises + triceps rope pull down

Squat
3x2 at 180kg
--> happy to succed where I failed last week

General feeling:
Suit mission is over
10kg bw loss
all lifts are down: 200kg / 100kg / 235kg but so is body fat
conclusion: achieved what I wanted

not that enthusiastic tonight: wedding coming up very soon and still some details bothering me.
Bet I'll have to focus on this wedding thing prior to focusing back on the weights.

--> bruised like a peach after this session!

General feeling:
WHAT a long time without the gym hey! Wedding + honeymoon kept me away but back into it now.
Came back from honeymoon on 01/04/16 and went deadlifting with Bim: ego went in the way and injured my back doing paused deads --> nothing back related for me for the week coming!

--> Bim is suggesting to touch lower so I drive the bar "diagonally" as it looks like this is the easiest way for me - to try out

General feeling:
after yesterday's session I can definitely feel my chest and this is nice. Got to work on technique more now.

I was a bit apprehensive as my back is not 100% but I am happy with what I have done and the way it felt.
First three reps were cut high --> tight?
Felt discomfort at very bottom of hole
Tried deading but even 60kg on the bar felt hard.

Happy with dead after I hurt my back two weeks ago - last week even 60kg was painful.
With a few pointers from Jay and Bim, bench went better than expected.
Biggest improvement is set up: feel tighter.
