Cheers neil, going to be a long run with sumo pulls but I feel there starting to make the influence felt in squats. Not there in conventional DL but still need to get the activation abd form right first.

Down in aberdeen now on baby watch, so not the best today really struggled to get my set up right took f**king ages felt s**t all the way through back was sore hips sore shoulders sore so by the 190's I was going to go home, but got my set up sorted and got a few heavier sets in. Should oh been at triple at 215 but I was knackered and I think my mind had me going home.

First session in 2 and a half weeks after the birth o my daughter,
Log felt a little down but the new log I got feels great to use.
2 session per week of log press for the next 24 weeks
Thought I'd try the MarkBell sling shot on some overload work and was curious to see if it would work and TBH it did. See from vid below
