Like it. I feel a sense of honour and made upidness. Have you assigned any other names to people on forums? I used to train with a bloke named Pete who was a bit of a lump. I know a few Pete's so this particular one I named Fat Pete to avoid any confusion. There hasn't been any since. I didn't want to see his swoleness either.

Please come call me boy to my face but i must also say he careful (by maybe wearing full cricket gear and a head and face guard / neck brace)

Fat gainz? I have gained fat on this bulk like i have every other but i have gained significant muscle mass too. I have just gained 8lb in like 5-6 days, it's pretty much impossible to gain that in fat. As for my test levels, they are fine. I have not taken a lot of anything as yet, actually very little and doing everything needed afterwards.

I am following your weight gain here as i think its quite dramstic at the speed of it, altough i dont doubt that you have had muscle and fat gains, who really cares about a little bit of fat anyways afterall it keeps you warm! But surely with all this rapid weight gain alot of it must be water, 8lbs of muscle in 5 days is surely imposible even if u are taking obsene amounts of "supplements" which you have clearly said you arent doing.

It honestly isnt water, you dont tend to gain any water on what i'm taking, very little if anything an yes bog standard amount for what i am taking now and actually less than standard otherwise. I don't care about having extra fat but it is very hard on the body being so heavy. Saying that id say its more to do with gaining weight so fast, it takes 4-5 weeks to get used to, you struggle to breath for a while even if you are fit and healthy. Really fast muscle gains is normal for this, it's not impossible at all. Most people gain 10-20lb in 3-4 weeks. Of course my frame is way bigger than most and i train a lot harder and eat a lot more than most, plus i am off work and sleeping 11-12 hours a day. I have gained 6.7kg in 1st two weeks and will probably gain just as much in the last week as it takes about a week to kick in.

You gain water with any weight you put on.

Well of course if you are bigger you need more water but it's meant in the context of holding water e.g water weight you lose afterwards

Went gym earlier in hope of less people to be able record it but was more so nope. Will be doing 45kg standing strict dumbbell next pressing session as its basically impossible to do anything other than curl the weights up for seated as the bench is too wide to clean them and is bolted to the floor too close to the rack to kick them up. Standing i can film as can take the bell anywhere.

No supportive equipment

Leg press wide stance
- to 510kg x 25 PB (ouch)

Deadlift stance hack squat
- to 120kg x 20 slow (f**k)

Seated calf raise
- to 4 20kg x 20 PB

Lying single leg curl
- x 12/12

Standing single leg curl
x 10/10

Dumbbell side bends
- 50kg x 15/15

Plank
- x 1 minute

You looked knackered then Paul! Why do you go to hard labour and not iron pit?

Knackered would be a massive understatement. Always feel proper f**ked last week of this but total wreck after yesterday. Felt like death the whole workout and lot of lower back pain.

As i said the last time, unless i'm doing events is no reason for me to go to a strongman gym. I used to live about 30 seconds from hard labour so have trained there a lot an all i'm essentially doing is bodybuilding / it's the best bodybuilding gym around.

I'm wondering if i should ramp up the hack squats and go for the 6 20's a side for 8-10 goal i had a while back. Maybe do it every second week heavy an that week do good mornings, with the other week being reverse band deads. I need to keep pushing hard after this week or i will lose the gainz. Maybe something like three 20's and a 10 for 20 again raw, then put sleeves on and go balls out for 20 with 4 20's a side and then belt on for 5 a side and wraps for 6 a side. Maybe do them paused on the lighter weeks. Only problem with this is the risk of getting crushed as no safetys but might do it.

I think you should do it, but only if you can set your camera up. Risk of getting crushed is a small price to pay considering the potential gainz.
