Firstly, are you drunk? Secondly, yes they did. Thirdly, i hold them in for a few minutes/it was because his hands would be burnt if it was hot enough as he didnt do cold prior to.

How can you totally dismiss someone's claim without proof. Doubtful about something is fair enough but the way you react to people's claims is (I repeat) narcissistic and worrying to say the least. I wish you listened to the 98% of people who actually try to inform you before you act like a complete ignorant fool in your replies

He said it was getting worse, and it is. How many pages per workout does it average? Roger in the past has been genuinely interested in your lifting (at this point I have to point out that I don't know Roger or have ever met him. Just online observations). Your comments and statements are clearly viewed by many as entertaining and what make this log. They are for me. Roger was one of less than a handful of people who thought otherwise, and you just told him to f**k off. Nice one.

Why is that worse?

Well i'm sorry to Rodger then, i was unaware that i had a fan / took his post as s**tting on my journal.

Much toughen than you. Your next question does not exist so i cant answer it.

Why do you say this?

Also, usually people who talk tough crumble like a digestive biscuit in a cup of tea.

The latter I cannot argue with, there are no words.

Smalls, you got owned Tongue

absolutely!

PaulSavage said:
No because from what you have said i know that you are tough in no way. You obviously have f**k all conviction since you have already gone back on what you have said and are now doubting it's truth. You say fact and then show doubt in the very same post, your conviction didnt last 30 seconds.

You go out of your way to try and explain how tough you are and how everyone else is not, sounds like you have something to prove, beta-male style, fighting for that leading position in the pack. Also your middle name might as well be contradiction.

Ive only met Rodger briefly but he was a nice guy, no need to tell him to f**k off

What have you done a thousand times? Dismissed a claim without proof? Replied like an ignorant fool? Just trying to catch up here.

Hammer time.

Edit: was wondering how many posts would get in between my two posts that I made one after the other. Disappointed it was only 2

I didn't realise they were questions.

Also I posted some other questions I would appreciate your feedback on. Thanks, Paul.

None but doesn't mean that I could not do something because I have no experience.

Just thought I'd pop in and say hello to all my Sugden friends. Hope everyone is ok and hopefully I'll make some comps next year and catch up with some of you.

Might as well make some f**king practical use of this 'journal'.

Paul, I entertained your ridiculousness a while back but now it's just become a circus.

Oh and for the record, Rodger is as nice a bloke as you will meet in this game so if you find yourself telling him to f**k off then you really need to take a long hard look at yourself in the mirror.
