Because I train at home if I want an hours workout I'm out of the house for 61 minutes. Because of this I'm able to train in some fashion or other most days. You've just got to be sensible and listen to your body. I think daily training is better for you tbh than a couple of blow outs on a weekly basis. Sadly for most of us life gets in the way and we do what we can rather than what we should.

I clocked those 87 snatches btw. Hope you're sitting in Wink

I absolutely agree. Although as I'm a moron I've been combining the two and having daily blow outs Grin

Course I was, they were beautiful!

Spoke too soon Grin

Achey knees and shoulders, generally f**king bo***cksed. Took myself off and went to eat. I've been going to the well frequently, which is fine, but I've been filling the pail to the brim every time. My suspicions mentioned over the last couple of sessions appear to have been correct. Wrist slapped, moving on.

I think I agree. Since changing to more frequent/less stressful/heavy training I've felt a lot better and I think it may well work for me far better in the long run.

It's also more fun.

It's the way I'm going, and loving it. I find it easier to find 20-30 minutes a day than 3-4 evenings. Not everyone has the lifestyle, facilities or even inclination, but if you do it's a winner.

We need snatch vids VG. I need to visualise.

I find that you can get away with a lot but it will eventually find you out, and when it does it is time for an arse kicking!

Bit like life, really.

Yea! Going to be very useful for getting better at punching out a jerk after a tough clean!
