I feel like my WL has gone off the boil a little the last few sessions, need to focus on quality for the next few. Shoulders are very tight and have been neglecting ,y soft tissue work so struggled in the rack position today so did some good pulls instead.

The rest of the session was comfortable work, pretty tired as manic couple of days at work.
