I'm pretty happy with how this is going considering that I'm pretty much starting from scratch, it's bloody hard work though. I'm shocked at how hard the squats are, but they're so completely new like this it's little wonder I'm weak.

Oh, also clocked myself right in the throat with a 90kg clean, swallowing is interesting right now! Grin

Recovery session



Finished this first 2 weeks (6 lifting sessions) of reintroducing training, and all went well. Next step is to split the WL and strength lifts up to start increasing the total weekly volume of WL and allow me to push the strength work forwards.
