Bent over laterals
- 10kg's x 15
- 17.5kg's x 10
- 22.5kg's x 10

Band lateral raises
- x 15, 15, 15

Seated log press
- to 65kg x 15 PB
- 65kg x 11
- 65kg x 7
Paused
- 45kg x failure

Incline log press paused
- 65kg x 5 rest pause 3 rest pause 4

Axle rack lockouts
- sets of 5 to 150.5kg

Double overhand axle rack pulls
- 160.5kg x 15

Grippers deep set
- HG400 x 20/15

Fat gripz extreme hammer curls
- 17.5kg's x 12

Fat gripz extreme dumbbell curls
- 17.5kg x 12

You think i aimed to deadlift 300k x 10 at u90k naturally? The 300 x 10 touch and go deadlift goal was a 2 year goal to do on a deadlift bar at 150-160k bodyweight whilst on a bunch of gear.
